  • Diagnosis

    Here at ABQ Behavioral Services, our Nurse Practitioner will review your health history, physical exams, and tests, such as blood tests, to help make a diagnosis.

  • Brief Psychotherapy

    Our provider also provides BRIEF psychotherapy. What is psychotherapy exactly? Psychotherapy is an approach for treating mental health issues by talking with a psychologist, psychiatrist or another mental health provider.

  • Medication Management

    Medication Management is a level of outpatient treatment that involves the initial evaluation of the patient's need for psychotropic medications.

  • Anxiety

    ABQ Behavioral Services specializes in treating patients who have anxiety. Anxiety is a mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities

  • ADHD

    ADHD is a chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. ABQ Behavioral Services provides medication management and brief psychotherapy for patients diagnosed with ADHD.

  • Addiction

    Our provider specializes in treating patients with Substance Abuse Disorders and various addictions. Addiction is a chronic condition that can affect many aspects of your life, including your physical and mental health, relationships and career. There are two main forms of addiction: substance use disorders and behavioral addictions.

    ABQ Behavioral Services specializes in treating patients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric disorder that may occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event, series of events or set of circumstances.

    Our provider specializes in helping patients with behavioral issues which includes the emotions and behaviors that affect patients overall well-being. Her goal is to help patients with these behavioral issues to live a better more comfortable life.

  • Schizophrenia

    Our provider specializes in treating and helping patients with Schizophrenia. What exactly is Schizophrenia? Schizophrenia is a serious mental illness that interferes with a person's ability to think clearly, manage emotions, make decisions and relate to others.

  • Bipolar

    Our provider specializes in treating patients with Bipolar Disorder. Now what exactly is Bipolar Disorder? Bipolar Disorder causes extreme mood swings that include emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression).

  • Cannabis Card

    Our provider is available for patients seeking Cannabis Card registrations and renewals. New cards are $180 and Renewals are $100. Please give us a call for more information on how the enrollment process works for a New Mexico Cannabis Card.

  • ESA

    Emotional Support Animal letters are available for your furry family member(s) at $50 per animal. For more information on the an Emotional Support Animal letter please give us a call.

  • FMLA/Disability

    Our provider can fill out FMLA and Disability paperwork but with a $100 fee as she does fill out this paperwork after hours and it is a lengthy process. For more information please give us a call!
